You can register with us as a private customer or as a corporate customer.
As a corporate customer with large volumes, you can enjoy special conditions with us:
- Quantity discount (for orders from our standard range of over CHF 2500 we grant you additional discounts)
- Individualize your product ranges: We print for you or create individual constructions to measure.
- Order with your own article number
- Order conveniently via invoice or credit card
- You can easily store several customers, several delivery and billing addresses per company
- In the customer portal you always have an overview of all documents
- When registering as a corporate customer, the processing of your order can take up to 24 hours.

Delivery
Fast delivery within 24 hours for stock goods
Orders for stock goods, which we receive until 16.00h, we deliver the following day. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday.
Individual and customer-specific products
Individually produced items, or special orders can have a longer delivery time. You can view binding delivery times directly in our shop.

Delivery date according to customer requirements
We deliver on the day you want. You can select the desired delivery day in the checkout. If you want delivery to a desired exact time, please contact our customer service
Carriage
We deliver our products with our own fleet or selected partners. We deliver parcels exclusively with Swiss Post. In this way, we guarantee punctual and smooth delivery.
Postage-free delivery from CHF 350
We deliver your order, from CHF 350 postage free to all addresses in Switzerland, if freely accessible. Deliveries to remote areas are made to the valley station.
Postage costs less than CHF 350
We charge the following transport costs for freight, packaging and handling below an order value of CHF 350.
Parcel post: CHF 10.00 excluding VAT.
Bulky goods surcharge: CHF 30.00 excluding VAT.
Payment
For private customer customers we accept credit card, Twint and Post Card. If you do not have a credit card, you can also plan your order via prepayment. As a corporate customer, you can order from us not only on credit but also on account.
