Which folding box fits best?
If you want to buy a shipping box for flowers, a simple cardboard box will do. But if you transport machine parts, you need a folding carton with high stability and load capacity. We offer our folding cartons as 1 flute, 2 flute and 3 flute:
- 1 wall folding cartons are made of a single layer of corrugated cardboard. They are lightweight, flexible and cost effective. Single flute folding cartons are well suited for light to medium weight products up to 20 kg. They are often used for shipping clothes, books or other non-fragile items.
- 2 wall folding cartons consist of two layers of corrugated cardboard joined by a flute layer. This gives them greater strength and stability. Double wall folding cartons are used for heavier products up to 30 kg and provide better shock absorption. They are often used for shipping electronics and similar delicate items.
- 3 wall folding cartons are made of three layers of corrugated board and offer the highest strength and stability. They are suitable for safe transportation of heavy products up to 30 kg. Triple wall boxes are often used in industry for shipping machinery, furniture or other heavy items.
