Filling material & accessories for every need
Stretching, strapping, shrinking
Tip 1: Filling material & upholstery material are not the same
Together with hundreds of other cartons, your parcel is sorted, transported and later transported in the logistics centre. It is not exactly gentle. But don't worry: If you cushion and fill properly, your goods will remain intact. But what does that mean exactly?
Upholstery material: Your goods are sensitive to shocks, but not yet sufficiently protected by the product packaging? Then you should additionally cushion them for your trip in the package. Paper cushions, bubble wrap or foam film, for example, are suitable for this.
Filler: You pack a cardboard box and cavities are created? For example, fill them with organic packaging chips that securely fix your packaged goods. You can save additional upholstery material as long as your product is not sensitive.

Tip 2: Sustainable alternative to bubble wrap
Bubble wrap is a popular, dust-free cushioning material because it reliably protects particularly sensitive and fragile packaged goods, even from moisture. An advantage of bubble wrap with air chambers: It has a low waste volume when empty air. If you are looking for an environmentally friendly alternative to bubble wrap made of plastic (polyethylene), we recommend paper cushions. The natural material also underlines your sustainable brand image when shipping products.
Bubble wrap: dust-free, protects fragile, protects against scratches and moisture
- Paper upholstery: well suited for sharp-edged, sensitive and heavy goods, puncture resistant, environmentally friendly, natural feel, easily recyclable
